Location: Cinemark Theatre

Purpose: SCIENCE!

On Sunday afternoon, two Crewmembers ventured out in order to see the newly released film, "Project Hail Mary" based on the book with the same title written by Andy Weir. Having read his previous work ("The Martian"), I had high hopes for this film. It did not disappoint. I laughed, I cried, I spilled my popcorn down the seam of the seat...so a typical movie watching experience for me.

I found the film to be gripping, emotional, and fascinating. I am a sucker for most everything science fiction related, so it wasn't a big surprise that I loved this movie. My biggest irrational fear is dying in space, so some of the scenes were not immensely enjoyable. But that's a me problem.

I hope you all go and watch this great film!

AMAZE! AMAZE! AMAZE!
